Making the decision to embed the latest technology into a watch was easy. We already love watches and wear them every day.
With that in mind, we created névo, a new class of wearable; a minimalist watch with smart notifications and the latest fitness technology built in. A product of clean lines and simple beauty that makes wearables personal.

To manage something, it must be measured and we wanted a simple and quick way to show your daily progress so we embedded eleven bright white LED indicators around the névo dial.
Just a touch of the button and you will know instantly how close you are to achieving your goal of steps, distance, or calories burned.
This instant feedback raises awareness of your activity level and motivates you toward healthy daily habits.
Phone Notifications
Everyone likes to stay connected. So we built Bluetooth connectivity into névo. It alerts you when you receive an important call or text.
Swiss Timekeeping
A watch is first and foremost timekeeper. We wanted the best in accuracy and reliability for névo so we built it around a Swiss movement from ETA, one of the most respected suppliers in the watch industry.
No Charging, ever
Our approach to the user experience is different too. We know that no one wants the hassle of remembering to charge a watch every day so we made one that didn’t need it. Unlike other smartwatches and activity trackers, névo is powered by dual watch batteries and never requires charging.
The first battery powers the Swiss timekeeping movement for 5 years or more. The second battery powers the névo smart features of and lasts 6 months or more. Both batteries are inexpensive and easy to change.

Customize
You are unique, and so is névo. The watch comes with two straps that are easily interchangeable with a modern quick-release design. One strap is Italian leather, a look that is appropriate for any outfit or occasion and the other is a durable and comfortable fabric, perfect for runners and swimmers.

névo uses sophisticated accelerometers and powerful algorithms to track your daily activities but the interface is simple. You set a daily goal using the app and then simply wear névo.
Set goals, follow your progress over time, and see results. Our app is simple and intuitive. You set a daily goal for steps, running, swimming, calories burned or distance.

We know that tech is always evolving. Because of that, we added upgradable firmware to handle future feature updates ensuring that névo is a product that is future-proof.

We have designed, built, and tested the névo prototype and software. We have selected a well respected production facility that we have previously worked with successfully.
However, one of our biggest concerns was making névo affordable to the most people possible, while still insisting on a rich feature set. In order to proceed, we need create the tooling and order quantity necessary to keep the price reasonable for everyone.

Thanks for asking! We are a diverse group. Our founders have been heavily involved in manufacturing fitness sensors and consumer electronics for some of the most well-respected brands in the world, our designers are an experienced international team with years of industrial and watch design, our developers live and breath code, our media team are artists to the core, and our marketing team are die-hard digital veterans.
Our team hails from six different countries with one single goal…to combine style and technology in a connected watch that changes the face of wearables forever.

What’s next?
Production
We have vetted our manufacturer and they are one of the most trusted in the industry. We have a great working relationship with them from previous projects as well as for creating the nevo prototypes. Our production time has already been scheduled.
We have developed a rigorous testing and quality control process to insure your névo will arrive in perfect working order. The packaging is designed and we have a partner to produce it. We have investigated and secured the logistics partners needed for safe delivery worldwide.
Software integration
We are finalizing our app interface and features now. This isn’t our first app and our in-house developers have lots of experience building fitness apps. Beta testing is underway and final integration and testing is scheduled.
Delivery
névo will ship in March 2015 and we will have lots of updates along the way to keep you informed on the release and delivery. The non-watch rewards will ship in January and all shipments will have tracking information provided.
Risks & Challenges
Collectively we have a lot of previous experience with product production and a great relationship with our manufacturing facility, even still, we have taken steps to reduce potential problems.We have prepared our supply chain, scheduled our production dates, and will have a local partner who is on the ground and in daily contact with our facility during production. We can stay in front of any problems that may arise and make adjustments as needed.
We have contingency plans in place in case of production delays that are out of our control. We will make regular updates during production, packaging, and shipping. We will be proactive and transparent about any problems and will maintain open communication with all our backers.

Do I have to charge it?
Nope! névo uses easily replaceable and inexpensive watch batteries. The timekeeping battery lasts 5 years or more and the battery for the smart features is good for 6 months or more.
Can I use it for sports?
Yes, névo has a stainless steel case, the best band materials and uses anti-glare sapphire glass crystal that is virtually impossible to scratch.
Is it water resistant?
depth of 3 atmospheres. Run in the rain, swim with it, or hit the shower.Is it compatible with iOS or Android?
Yes and yes! The névo app is compatible with iOS and Android smartphones using Bluetooth 4.0 and above. It will also connect with Apple Health Kit & Google Fit.
Can I change the band?
Yes, névo comes with a leather band as well as a sport fabric band to suit any situation. There are several colors available and the bands are easily changed using the modern quick-release design.
How do I set and achieve my fitness goals?
Use the simple app interface to set your daily goals, analyze your history, and achieve your goals.
What are the Shipping Costs?
All shipping in the US is free of charge. There is additional cost for international shipping. Shipment does not include extra fees from customs, or additional costs associated with your country.
